Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: You may visit us and pay cash and buy the product. Alternatively, you can make an online bank transfer to our company account. We accept all major credit cards. Instalment payments can be made through Payzy and MintPay.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Absolutely. Our website uses safe payment gateways.

Q: What are the shipping options?

A: We obtain the services of reliable courier service companies to deliver your order safely. So, you may visit us and buy the product and collect it yourself or otherwise we can deliver the product to your door step.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It will take 2  – 5  business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we don’t! Only within Sri Lanka.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. Please call us to obtain the delivery charges to your location.

Q: Are the chairs adjustable?

A: Yes, most of our chairs come with adjustable features for height, backrest, lumbar support, footrest and armrests to ensure maximum comfort.

 

Q: What materials are used in your furniture?

A: Our furniture is made from environment friendly high-quality PP and other materials such as premium mesh, fabric, leather, and various types of wood and metal.

 

Q: Do you offer warranties on your products?

A: Yes, all our products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Q: Do your products require assembly?

A: Yes. The products come in a box as un-assembled complete unit and therefore require a very simple assembly procedure. Leaflets with detailed instructions are included in the box. Leaflet shows how to download an Assembly video to guide you in the assembly process.

 

Q: Do you offer assembly services?

A: Yes, we can assemble the product for you before delivery. However delivery charges will be little higher.

 

Q: Where can I find assembly instructions?

A: Assembly instructions are shown in a leaflet inside the box.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
